The Plaza Broadway Apartments are owned by Lewer Properties, L.P. and were acquired one building at a time. The first “For Rent” sign was posted in the early 1970s. After nearly 40 years on the Country Club Plaza, the Plaza Broadway Apartments has a record of excellence in apartment management and a seasonal beauty residents enjoy throughout the year.
